Summit Archive

The 2025 Historic New England Summit, held November 13–14 in New Haven, Connecticut and via livestream, brought together more than 600 participants from across all six New England states and beyond. Featuring over 40 leading voices and supported by 30 sponsoring partners, the Summit offered two days of dynamic conversation and thought leadership on the future of preservation, culture, and climate action. Archived video sessions extend the reach of these discussions, making the Summit’s ideas and insights accessible year-round.

The 2024 Historic New England Summit, held on November 14 and 15 in Portland, ME, and via livestream, brought together more than 600 participants representing over 200 organizations. United by a shared passion for preservation and community improvement, the Summit featured over 50 leading voices on stage, 26 sponsoring partners, and attendees from all six New England states and beyond. This transdisciplinary gathering tackled timely issues and strengthened our collective network, all to foster more inclusive, sustainable, and livable communities.

The second annual Historic New England Summit, held November 2 and 3, 2023, attracted more than 630 participants at the VETS theater in Providence, Rhode Island, and via livestream. The audience represented more than 200 organizations with a shared passion for preservation and improving the communities they serve, with more than 50 leading voices on the Summit stage, 27 sponsoring partners, participants from all six New England states (and beyond!).
