Attending the Summit
Is there parking at the Shubert?
Parking is available directly next door to the Shubert Theatre at Crown Street Garage, with entrances on Crown and College Streets. For attendees staying at the Omni hotel, parking is available directly underneath the hotel, which is a short walk to the venue.
Is the Shubert Theatre accessible by public transportation?
Yes. For those traveling to New Haven by train, Union Station is located approximately one mile from the venue. New Haven also maintains a local bus service, with stops including Union Station. Bus routes and schedules can be found at CT Transit.
Where do I go when I arrive at the Shubert?
Summit attendees can enter through the main doors directly in front of the theatre, where you will be directed by both Summit staff and signage to the Summit Registration Desk. The Registration Desk and Guest Relations Desk will be staffed for the duration of the Summit.
When can I pick up my badge?
The Summit Registration Desk will be open in the Shubert Theatre lobby from 8:00am to 5:00pm on Thursday November 13th and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Friday, November 14th. For attendees arriving on Wednesday who would like to check in early, there will also be a registration and information desk set up in the Omni Hotel lobby from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.
Where will sessions be held?
All sessions are held in plenary in the Shubert Theatre auditorium.
Will meals be provided at the Summit?
Breakfast will be available for all attendees on Thursday and Friday at the Omni Hotel from 8:00am to 8:45am. Lunch, as well as coffee and snacks, will be available for attendees at the Shubert Theatre on both Thursday and Friday during the program.
Are there evening events during the Summit?
We will hold a networking reception directly after the final session on Thursday afternoon at the Shubert. We welcome all guests to stay and participate in the event, which is included in as part of Summit registration.
Livestreaming the Summit
How do I access Summit Livestream?
Your Summit Livestream registration is hosted on Zoom Webinar. Links to the Summit Livestream and further details will be emailed to you directly in advance of the Summit.
How can I troubleshoot Summit Livestream if needed?
You’ll be provided with a help desk number to call if you’re having trouble joining a Livestream session. As a Summit Livestream participant you also will be provided with a link to our backup stream.
Will a recording of the event be available after the Summit?
Programming at the Summit will be recorded, and access to the recordings will be provided to all registrants, both in person and livestream, shortly after the conference.
