AmyJean McKeown is a brownfields project officer in the EPA’s regional New England Office. She has worked in the brownfields program since 2009 and is a national expert on when the National Historic Preservation Act impacts brownfields projects. She has provided training in many avenues and is well versed in both the language of historic preservation and brownfields. McKeown was an EPA on-scene coordinator for eighteen years.
