Charles G. Baldwin is the Program Officer for Access and Inclusion at the Mass Cultural Council. Since 2016 he has led the agency’s Universal Participation (UP) Initiative which provides training and funding for organizations developing accessible policies, programs, and practices. Charles was a founding member of TAMA (Theatre Artists Marketing Alliance), serves on the Advisory Board of the Brickbottom Artist Association as well as the Wicked Queer Film Festival, and continues to be deeply involved with CANE (Cultural Access New England). Out of the office, Charles is an educator, illustrator, stage designer, and puppeteer.
