Deborah Allinson is Chair of the Historic New England Board of Trustees, Chair of the Development Committee, and a member of the Summit Host Committee. Her longstanding commitment to the organization includes service on the Board of Advisors, Nominating Committee, and Medal Gala Committee, and as Chair of the Investment Committee and the Search Committee for the new President and CEO. She received her BA from Tufts University in economics and she has attended Executive Education seminars at Oxford, Princeton, and Yale Universities. Deborah is Vice Chair of the Investment Committee of the Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust, serves on the Leadership Council at Brigham and Womens Hospital in Boston, is a member of the Executive Committee of the Boston Economic Club, is a Trustee of the Allinson Lamb Family Foundation, and is Trustee Emeritus of the South Shore Conservatory. She is a retired Partner of Wellington Management Co., and former Trustee at the Wheeler School in Providence, Rhode Island, Olin College of Engineering in Needham, Massachusetts, and at the Massachusetts College of Art.
