Lorna Condon is Chief Curator at Historic New England where she leads the development and refinement of the organization’s 1.5 million archival and library objects with a focus on expanding public access to them. Since joining the institution, she has played a central role in numerous exhibitions and publications and participated in donor cultivation and the development of successful grant applications. She also directs the organization’s Book Prize and Prize for Collecting Works on Paper. Condon holds a master’s degree in library and information science from Simmons University and maintains active professional relationships with colleagues across cultural institutions.
