Nick Anderson is a director of architecture at Snøhetta’s New York Studio and has been practicing for 25 years. Anderson has led a wide range of projects across multiple scales including libraries, art museums, performance spaces, children’s museums, office, retail, and master plan projects. His work has a through line of transforming the built environment by focusing on human engagement specific to each project’s community and vision.
After completing degrees in architecture at Yale and UC Berkeley, Anderson researched the interaction of architecture and acoustics. Prior to Snøhetta, he worked with Apple to help design and deliver their flagship retail stores in San Francisco and New York.
